Service Desk

The Khadamat Service Desk is a Single Point of Contact for inquiries, requests or complaints relating to the services provided by Khadamat on the Male and Female Campus.

Timetabling

The timetabling process is built around a computerised scheduling software, which is specially designed to schedule and manage the University’s physical and academic resources.

Estates

Estates Management Services includes 24 hours emergency call out service for all maintenance related activities and defects on the campus.

Cleaning Services

The Khadamat Cleaning department is responsible for the day to day management of cleaning activities in compliance with the UAEU and Khadamat Health and Safety policies.

Waste Management

Khadamat Waste Management Team manages and facilitates the collection of waste in the UAEU Maqam Campus.

Security Services

Khadamat provides access control cards for all the UAEU students and staff which are processed and issued from the Khadamat FM Building (P2).

IT Services

The IT infrastructure ensures that these systems are stable and available to appropriate users all the time, especially during the core operating hours.

Who we are

Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is a joint venture (JV) company formed to operate the new UAE University Campus in Al Ain. The company combines the investment and development skills of Mubadala Investment Company which is 100% owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi and the facilities management (FM) skills of Serco, a leading global service company.

Khadamat FM LLC provide the operational services on the new campus and existing buildings, and Infrastructure at Maqam campus.

As the General Manager for Khadamat Facilities Management, Ahmad is responsible for all aspects of the Strategic Direction and Management of the Company and for ensuring that the Operational commitments are met.

Responsible for the full remit of the delivery of Operations Management services of the contract, including operational and service provider team management to ensure quality delivery in compliance with the Project Agreement.
