Who are we?

Khadamat Facilities Management LLC is a joint venture (JV) company formed to operate the new UAE University Campus in Al Ain. The company combines the investment and development skills of Mubadala Development Company which is 100% owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi and the facilities management (FM) skills of Serco, a leading global service company. The new campus will be developed in the form of a BOOT (Build, Own, Operate and Transfer) project by the Government owned Mubadala Development Company. Mubadala has signed a Concession Agreement with the UAEU on standard PFI/PPP terms to design, build, own and operate the new campus. Khadamat FM LLC will provide the operational services on the new campus and existing buildings (E1, F2, F3, I1, I2 and I3) at Maqam campus.
