The Khadamat Service Desk is a Single Point of Contact for inquiries, requests or complaints relating to the services provided by Khadamat on the Male and Female Campus.
The timetabling process is built around a computerised scheduling software, which is specially designed to schedule and manage the University’s physical and academic resources.
Estates Management Services includes 24 hours emergency call out service for all maintenance related activities and defects on the campus.
The Khadamat Cleaning department is responsible for the day to day management of cleaning activities in compliance with the UAEU and Khadamat Health and Safety policies.
Khadamat Waste Management Team manages and facilitates the collection of waste in the UAEU Maqam Campus.
Khadamat provides access control cards for all the UAEU students and staff which are processed and issued from the Khadamat FM Building (P2).
The IT infrastructure ensures that these systems are stable and available to appropriate users all the time, especially during the core operating hours.
On the Thursday 19th of April the UAE University presented Khadamat Facilities Management with UAEU Distinguish Supplier Award for being one of the most eminent and well-respected vendors throughout 2017.
In a joint effort to commemorate Year or Zayed and World Water Day, UAE University and Khadamat led a seminar presenting the ongoing initiatives to preserve water resources in the campus and raise the awareness of global water sustainability.
As finalist in the Gulf Sustainability and CSR Awards, Khadamat Facilities Management attended the awarding ceremony in Dubai. Competing against high profile companies both governmental and private, Khadamat has come second under the category ‘’Waste Management’’. This is great achievement taking into consideration our competitors which are highly acclaimed environmental specialist Companies.
Khadamat staff are looking forward to tasting the fruits from this prestigious palm tree which was planted as part of the Khadamat Year of Zayed Program. Many members of staff actively took part in the tree planting ceremony and special thanks to the Khadamat PRO Mohamed Abdulla for donating the tree.
An annual program has been instigated in support of the government initiative in support of year of Zayed.
Khadamat Facilities Management are proudly awarded as ‘’Finalist’’ under the category ‘’Waste Management’’ amongst hundreds of high profile companies across the region. The Khadamat’s Annual Party was celebrated on 19th May 2017 at Danat Al Ain Resort. The theme of the event was Fresh Garden. This year the celebration was even bigger as Khadamat also celebrated its 10th Anniversary and our stunning HSE Records.
