The Khadamat Service Desk is a Single Point of Contact for inquiries, requests or complaints relating to the services provided by Khadamat on the Male and Female Campus.
The timetabling process is built around a computerised scheduling software, which is specially designed to schedule and manage the University’s physical and academic resources.
Estates Management Services includes 24 hours emergency call out service for all maintenance related activities and defects on the campus.
The Khadamat Cleaning department is responsible for the day to day management of cleaning activities in compliance with the UAEU and Khadamat Health and Safety policies.
Khadamat Waste Management Team manages and facilitates the collection of waste in the UAEU Maqam Campus.
Khadamat provides access control cards for all the UAEU students and staff which are processed and issued from the Khadamat FM Building (P2).
The IT infrastructure ensures that these systems are stable and available to appropriate users all the time, especially during the core operating hours.

On 14th November 2019, Khadamat Facilities Management HR Manager Eman Al Hayki was awarded with Mubadala’s Ethics & Compliance Champion of the Year.
Khadamat, as a result of the partnership with Berkley Services, was recognised for Excellence in Training & Assessment at the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Awards Ceremony held in London in September 2019.”
