Khadamat Cleaning Services team was awarded Serco’s Regional and Global Pulse awards under the Innovation category for Robotics ( IoT), digitalisation and reinvigorating best practices in Cleaning and Khadamat Waste Management Department was awarded a Regional Serco Pulse Award under the Trust category during the prestigious annual  Serco Middle East Awarding Ceremony in Dubai. The team was recognized for achieving a remarkable milestone in building customer advocacy, gaining customer trust and retaining commitment towards transformation to a sustainable campus.
