As the QHSE Manager and Head of Compliance & Risk Management at Khadamat Facilities Management, Herve Mezeu is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of Occupational Health & Safety of the company, the continual improvement of the Integrated Management System, compliance with relevant regulations and requirements, and ensuring that the business aspects and impacts are monitored and controlled to support environmental sustainability. Herve has more than 10 years of a successful career in UAE distinguished by commended performance and proven results mainly in Facilities Management and across other sectors (Logistics & Transportation, Sea Port Operation, and Leisure & Retail). Self-motivated and driven by the desire and believe to embed the company IMS (OHSMS, QMS, EMS, and BCMS) to be part of the day to day business operations to enhance a strong health and safety culture throughout the company and to have a safe work environment. Herve believes in continuous learning and currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Level 7, 6, & 3 UK base Health and Safety qualifications and have successfully completed a range of internationally recognized professional certifications on Lead Auditor training for QHSE & BC management system (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards and CBCI base of ISO 22301 standard).
