Sherly Carabeo

Responsible for the full remit of the delivery of Operations Management services of the contract, including operational and service provider team management to ensure quality delivery in compliance with the Project Agreement. These include Service DeskTime Tabling, Security, Information Technology, Soft FM Services,  and Administration. Sherly supports the implementation and management of operational excellence initiatives, customer experience, sustainability, and programmes across all department areas, including service delivery strategies. For more than 27 years, Sherly has held vital roles in multi-site disciplines in the Facilities and Property Management industry.  Sherly holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CISCP), Certified Internet Professional, ISO 9001 Quality Manager, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSGB) management professional.
